If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund in accordance with the following policy:

• The order is returned within 28 days of receipt
• The order is in the original condition, unworn and unaltered
• An email is sent to hello@sacredserpentjewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
• Upon Receipt of your email, we will send you a Royal Mail Postage label to return your item free  of charge

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

All items purchased between 01 November 2024and 24 December 2024 can be returned for refund or exchange by 30th January 2025.
